On GCs, Assignment Details and Warnings
During our time (2 years ago), we were given 3 Grace Credits each month. Now that EPH is making progress, it is continuously doing a lot of changes and improvements – one of which is acquiring GCs and giving stricter repercussions.
I’m sure you are already familiar with the new rule when it comes to earning your GCs. If not, it’s quite disappointing because as an EPH writer, you have the responsibility to be updated on everything there is to know about EPH rules, especially those that could ‘make or break’ you as an EPH writer.

To earn a GC:
1.) Ask for a Force Assignment from any editor
2.) Upon submission, pm Sir Neil the assignment link for your GC.
To earn a 20% warn removal:
1.) You need to finish 5 FAs.
2.) PM Sir Neil the assignment links you’ve been force assigned.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
You have probably encountered a lot of assignments with this AD – Keyword Appearance: 4x per article (Title, First/Mid/Last Paragraph). I’ve come across numerous writers who have been having troubles adhering to the instructions. I’ve sent a lot of revision requests due to this and most of the time, I need to fix the articles myself in order to save time.
Here’s a quick reminder for everyone:
1. Read the assignment details carefully.
2. When you encounter this AD – Keyword Appearance: 4x per article (Title, First/Mid/Last Paragraph), make sure to have 4 keywords in each article. This means that the keywords should be in the TITLE, the FIRST paragraph, the MIDDLE paragraph and the LAST paragraph. As much as possible, avoid exceeding keyword appearance; if you do so, chances are, you will be receiving a revision request due to keyword stuffing.
3. However, if the AD says 1-3x, 1-5x, 3-5x keyword appearance, no need to worry.
4. Including website links on your articles is a big no-no, unless the AD requires you to do so.
5. Never promote any specific product, website, person, et al., unless stated in the AD.
6. Please avoid claiming an assignment and asking for a Grace Credit all at once. Example: “I’ll be writer #1. GC please.” If you are not sure that you can submit on time, don’t claim an assignment. Period.
7. Please do not submit your output twice. For example, you will submit your ‘finished’ assignment at 8 AM and submit the same project at 9 AM (or later), saying that you uploaded the wrong articles or your output lacks 1 or 2 articles, so on and so forth. You may have your valid reasons, but your reasons might look like mere excuses to some. Also, it’s quite unfair for others who have been working hard just to meet their deadlines, don’t you think?
8. Be very careful in claiming NO GC sets. Those are priority sets and do not allow delays.
AGAIN, ON GCs
You were given 5 GCs and you are free to use them (1 GC per assignment/no GCs on revision requests). However, remember that your GCs will no longer be replenished each month – you have to earn them. More FAs, more GCs; so if I were you, I would accept every FA assigned to me from now on.
ON WARNINGS
Watch over your warning levels. To see the reason why you have incurred that warning increase/GC wipeout, click on the warn status. If you want to continue writing (and earn money for that matter), avoid slot abandonment and assignment cancellations.
For writers who are still unfamiliar with the new repercussions:
- Cancelled/Abandoned slots – GC Wipeout, 40% warning level increase
- Delayed but submitted slots (W or W/O GC – 24/48 hours++) – 20% warning level increase
- Submitting incomplete files (To extend time) – 20% warning level increase
- Non-compliance to revision request (Writer’s Fault)- 20% warning level increase
Development indeed comes with changes and we need to adjust to these changes in order to keep up. There are times when we feel like giving up because of the tasks that seem to get harder and harder every time but we should keep on and do our best to go along with the progress. After all, we are not only helping the company to succeed; we are helping ourselves to get better.

Hello. Thank you ma’am/sir for the heads up.
Down ba ang site? or is it just because of my crappy connection.
babae po ako
i think the site is okay now. i’ve been having troubles browsing it as well.
Ay sorry ma’am see. Kanina kasi hindi ko nakita kung kanino yung entry
Ma’am Cee*
ma’am cee, baka puwede naman siguro na magbigay pa rin ng last batch ng gc’s this month, kasi ngayon lang na-announce that there will no longer be gc’s supplied monthly.
i agree with Deenz. Can the request be forwarded to top management for approval?
I support Deenz’ suggestion. Pretty please EPH?
i think 1 GC given every month is reasonable
pls. pls. pls…
guilty of #6 :p
let’s hope mabasa ito nina sir paul
how long po bago malaman kung accepted ang application mo to be a new writer?
